How To Use
About 2-3 times a week in a lukewarm water for 15-20 min. Pour 1 tablespoon
When Pregnant do baths once a week after the first trimester. Pour salt 2 teaspoons in Hot water and let it sit for 10-15 minutes and enter lukewarm water.
Shake well before pouring into the water and mix with any essential oil of choice
